改进型Snake算法在尿沉渣图像处理中的应用

尿液有形成分的检查是医院的三大常规检验之一,目前迫切需要能计数有形成分的自动分析仪替代人工检验。由于尿液图像是典型的弱边缘图像,经典的边缘提取方法均不能取得良好的效果,在此介绍了一种改进型Snake算法。实验表明,采用该算法对尿液图像有形成分进行边缘提取能获得较好的效果。

Abstract:

The inspection of the tangible components in the urine is one of three most important common methods of inspection. At present ,the automatic analyzer to count tangible components is urgently needed to replace the manual inspection. Because the urine image is a kind of typical weak-edge image,the classical methods to detect the edge can't work excellently. In this paper,a modified Snake algorithm is proposed. The result of the experiment shows that the modified Snake algorithm in this paper is very effective in detecting the edge of the tangible components in the urine image.
